Information about the URA was not correct and I didn't feel it was fair to have the vote with inaccurate information.

This journal was created from request long ago (but just now getting to it) that asked if the URA could be part of the PCA universe because some people's characters existed in both. Since the Admin feels world altering events is more of a public decision rather than an individual one, this journal was made for the purpose of community input.
