TV paint problem

me gustaria saber como usar TV paint, o a saber como animar en cualquier programa, aunque TV parece una opcion dinamica, pero aun asi me cuesta, quiero aprender a hacer expresiones, o a controlar velocidad de fotogramas, quiza una guia completa por TV paint.
