This real estate agent is completely unprofessional. She claimed these papers were eviction papers, and they are not, they're about some really retarded deal. She also showed up at my house yesterday to get papers that hadn't even been delivered yet, without so much as a call beforehand. And whenever I call I don't even get to speak to her. It's always the machine.

The electric bill is 419 dollars. More stress. I'll somehow take care of it.

My comic has one more page to be sketched and then I start inking and coloring.

I'm going to take all the money that has been donated to me in my time of need thanks to all of the kind people that care about Jet and I, I am going to take it and put it towards a new apartment. One of the ones I called. I'm waiting for call backs. I'm also continuing to look.

I'm going to finish this comic. And I want my real eviction papers. This real estate agent is a con artist that wants me to live on the street. She wants us to completely clean the house and get out, and won't put the check in our hands till we do and it still wont' clear for 2 weeks. So where am I supposed to go in that in between time?

So fuck her. I'm going to work as hard as I can, I'm going to get this comic out and start work on another one. I'm putting my nose the the grind stone. I'm getting out of this situation.

And if she doesn't give me my real eviction papers, I'm going to be enraged. I left two messages on her machine asking for them now so I know what's really going on.

Because it's clear what she told me, and what's really happening are two very different things.

I haven't been this angry in a long, long time. Who lies to someone in this situation? Bending words to better accommodate her goals is still lying. I specifically asked about when we had to be out, when the eviction would be here and she said we had to be out on the 20th. But now I'm told that official papers look nothing like the ones she gave me. And they'd have court dates on them.

Just because I've never been in this situation before doesn't mean I'm stupid of gullible, and it doesn't give her the right to treat me as such, or to rush me out when I'm not financially stable of physically well.
