So I've had this journal for awhile, I don't update on any kind of real schedule. Maybe i'll update more frequently once I'm in college.

But until then I'd like to talk about music.

Do you ever hear a alternate version of a song and find it's so much better, or you like it so much better then the original?

Well here are a few of mine. Also, I have mp3's of all. Feel free to request.

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah. I like this version so much better then the guy who wrote it originally.

Gary Jules - Mad World. I like this too. It's darker then the original as it should.

Nancy Sinatra - Bang Bang. Someone said they didn't like this as it's almost creepy as compared to the original. I like it so much better.

No Doubt - Come On Eillien. Never liked the 80's version of this song, love this version.

James Darren - It's Only A Paper Moon. Like this, it's simpler kind of sweet and soothing.

Rickie Lee Jones - Come Back To Me. This is so much more haunting then the Jefferson Starship version.

Happy Rhodes - Space Oddity. A female a-tonal version of Space Oddity. Such a contrast between the two.

Corrine Bailey Rae - Since I've Been Loving You. Wow, heard this on the radio and blew me away. A soft R&B version of Led Zeplin. Fantastic.
