What is The Crazy Couch?
The crazy couch couch is a place where unlicensed armature doofuses like us, who like helping people, offer our services. We like to counsel people on things and cheer them up. So if you're down and somewhere in town just contact one of us on our accounts. If you need help with something, or want help with something, or just want to talk because we're a nice guys. c:

Note: contacting one of the councillors on their own personal accounts is more advisable than contacting The_Crazy_Couch, because other than general updates I doubt that anyone will be using this account enough to provide feedback.

Notes on receiving counseling
*It's completely anonymous. You only need to send a note to one of us (listed bellow)
and we will appoint you to one of our staff. No fuss, completely private.
*Don't be afraid to talk to us! We don't judge, and we all LOVE talking to people and hearing what they have to say. If you want to talk, just shoot us a note and the answer
will ALWAYS be yes.
*WE ARE NOT AND DO NOT PRETEND TO BE LICENSED THERAPISTS. We've had some experience and taken a few classes in High School, but we are not legally
recognized therapists.
*We try to be professional, but also friendly and personal. That's the cool thing about psychology; being professional means being personal.

'ey, So I'm a dude from the south ready to help out when needed, I guess I kinda came up with the name for this, but GC put it together. So blame him. Also, I'd like to mention
that I'm open minded and constantly responding to Notes, E-mails and Shouts. I'm occasionally very stressed but when I find someone who needs my help I tend to act (note that is indeed act I have no credentials and can not diagnose you with anything) professional.

Things to come to me for: Grief counseling, gender and sexuality stuff, chatter, boredom, first-aid related issues, advice on relationships and, well, if you can think of something you want to talk about or a secret you want to share with someone confidentially I'm there for that.

Things to not come to me for: Handouts (unless you want art... I do stuff with that sometimes just watch me and try to catch them), or sex (Only mousie gets that).

Garson "GC" Curux

Hiya. c: I like to be called GC, but you can call me Garson, Psyke, Psykeout, syk, doofus, or whatever. I handle most of the updating and upkeep of the Crazy Couch profile. I like to think I'm generally a nice guy and I'm willing to listen and help. I'm only a teenager but I'm totally capable of advising and giving you some insight. I'm a happy and silly guy, but I'm pretty hormonal and mood-swingy.

You can come to me with most of the problems you have, but understand that Creule is the one who started the Crazy Couch and has a bit more experience with this. I just wanted to partner up with him and organize it into a more official setting. So if you come to us, you'll more than likely be paired with him if I'm working with the same amount of or more clients. Freud is my greatest influence and I might blab about some of his theories from time to time. I'm particularly interested in personality analytics.

Want to be a counselor?
AVAILABILITY: Not accepting new counselors due to the fact that we honestly have too many counselors right now as it is, but you can be put on a standby list.

Note one of the current staff, Cerule Vulpes or GC, and come prepared to tell us why we should let you have your name up in pixels. (Also, chillax, we're really cool about
this sort of thing just chat with us some and if you can handle some basic stuff we'll conference and decide.)
We started recently though, and are by no means short staffed. So let us get up and running and maybe even have a client before you start applying.
