Well it's been a while sorrry for the radio silence but I been busy and i feel as though i need to address my imidiate situation in a open letter.

My uncle mike passed away a few years back and his two sons (my younger cousins) were left to the system. Unfortunately the foster home they were left in was not a good one and my mom decided to take them in. It was tough raising a couple of teenagers but we managed it. managed to get the older one sent off to the army and now he's a expecting father.

As for the younger one...

It's been a fight every step of the way and at age 17 he's entered the stage in life called what we like to call the hyena stage. Where because of how his frontal lobe is developing like any testosterone fuel teenager he has gotten to the point of seeing bullying me in my own home as a primary source of amusement.

Of corse we have taken measures to deal with it, couseling, therapy, even medication. but it still has not worked. so we try to grin and bear it until he turns 18. Now because of that stage of development in his life. Deliquent activities seem like the most appealing thing to him.

As such about a week ago He decided to go with one of his older friends on a drive. what he didn't know was said older friend was driving to a shady location to purchase a illegal firearm which obviously sounds like a bad idea!

As expected soon as they got there, they were robbed at gunpoint, taking his wallet and precious iPhone. The wallet and contents he can replace, but what was more precious to him was the iPhone because social media is important to a teenager nowadays.

Since the phone was not paied off completely T-Mobile could only offer to replace it if the insurance deductable of $300 was paied. And my mom refused to do that feeling he learned to need a lesson in seeing the consenquences of his own actions.

He Has a job, but like any starter job it does not pay much. Not to mention it's only part time since he is going to school. So getting $300 as soon as he wishes would be impossible for him, and he was acting like a crackhead trying to get another hit of that sweet social media.

But of course we tried to compensate for that by loading a sim with his number into old android I have, a samsung galaxy s21FE hoping that would solve the problem in the meantime.

It didn't because it was not a iPhone, "I can't facetime with this! I WANT FACETIME!" So he was begging around for oddjobs to earn the extra cash but because of said hyena behavior he found himself discommondated by those around him.

So he tries to talk me into something he thiks I would be dumb enough to do. "Listen, I need an iPhone you don't need that steam deck! So get your ass to the pawn shop, pawn it! And hand the money over to me and I will pay you back in a couple of months!"

Now that steam deck he says I don't need, I do. If you guys can recall I use that as a replacement pc after my last one finally gave up the ghost. I use it for more than just games, I use it for video editing, pokemon league bookeeping and of course commissions! So yeah, I naturally said no!

As expected he didn't take this well. He screamed and yelled at me, calling me greedy and such, threatened violence and theft but I know he would not follow through with it because it would land him in greater trouble than he already is in now. What I didn't expect was what he would do next.

Whilst I was taking my evening shower I made the error of leaving my phone sitting on the living room table unlocked. I didn't expect to be gone too long but it was long enough for what he was about to do. You see earlier I was talking on discord to a few friends about the more infamous things related to pokemon.

the porygon incident, the churches banning it and such. The conversasion went on to how PETA was trying to defame it. And someone mentioned that they should use better shock tactics like the korean short animated film "Love Is protein" (For the sake of your sanity please don't look it up).

They posted a still from one of the shocking/heartbreaking scenes which kinda made me sick to my stomach and I felt it would be a good excuse to head to the shower. and that was when he got to my phone.

He must of seen that image and thought it would be a good idea to spam that at my recent contacts and chats. Telling them. "I must make you Cry." because of this. I been banned from quite a few servers and blocked by a lot of people.

Now I am here writing a open letter explaining the situation and to anyone who recived that image that I sincerely apologise and I hope you all are willing to hear me out and at the least invite me back/unblock me!

As for my Cousin, he thought that would be a good tit for tat because I stood up to him for once, he is now in a lot more trouble because of this! And my mom is going to just cut him off completely and is seriously considering sending him off to FLYCA (Florida Youth Challenge Academy, A sort of boot camp program for troubled teens).

Worst of all because of his actions I lost contact and now stonewalled by someone i been friends with for a long time and would do nothing to hurt him!  scorpiogustavo I don't know why he's doing this he should know I would never do something like that to him on purpose! :(

TL;DR Young cousin loses iPhone at gunpoint, Offered Android replacement whilst he works up money, doesen't want it only wants iPhone, tries to talk me into pawning my onl;y pc my steam deck s ohe can get new iPhone, I said no, He waits till I get in the shower and picks up my phone, then sends nasty picture and troll messages to friends and contacts on discord. Got blocked by a lot of friends including one of my best  scorpiogustavo and banned from various places because of him. Cousin in trouble now. Please understand it was him not me. Thank you.
