So I was flipping through my sketchbook from 2003 and found a few hybrid characters I'd created and never done anything with. So, I revived the Deer/Rabbit character in an OC tonight with

Some would say that the sketch and construction lines distract from the art itself but I say nay! This shows you have put a lot of work into it, it shows you know what you are doing. Ok, enough of the technical stuff, now for the drooling fan fawning. I really like this. In a sense it is giving me the incentive of dusting off my Jackalope clan since I retired them years ago. Jackalopes rule! Cheers.
