Done for a friend in diet :3
Make a cream with three spoons of tahin (sesame butter), 125 grams of white yogurt and a spoon of olive oil, around 150 grams of cane sugar.
Add a blister of baking powder (I use this http://www.nifeislife.com/paneangel.....na-p-2105.html) and some drops of orange flavour oil.
Stir until smooth, then add flour until the dough gets hard to stir. Add soy milk until it gets soft and smooth again.
Add then 3/4 spoons of cocoa powder (bitter), and the sliced almonds. Cook at 180^ C for 30/40 minutes, and let it cool before eating :9

Oh, it's a DELICIOUS awesome cake. Basically it consists of dough grains with condensed milk and butter.
Topping is just poppy seeds. (It's called an Anthill cake after all).
It's quite laborious to make, but it's great and really heavy.
The link Mrtibbs showed wrongly suggests you can use biscuits instead of dough. I only used the picture for the visual reference.
Long story short, if interested I'll translate write down the recipe from my mothers hand-written cook book as good as I can. More people need to know this!

Ingredients
1. Sand dough (if that makes any sense in English) - picture https://www.google.lv/search?q=sand.....p;sei=02g_UbeiN8KR4ASGxIC4Cw#um=1&hl=lv&tbm=isch&q=smil%C5%A1u+m%C4%ABkla&spell=1&sa=X&ei=4Wg_UZv9AsfY4QSHg4GgBw&ved=0CEYQvwUoAA&bav=on.2,or.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.43287494,d.bGE&fp=d495ebd72464f2a&biw=960&bih=485
**or you can make the dough from 1.pack (~200g) of margarine, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon soda, 4-5 glasses of flour (~500g).
I believe self-made is better...
2. Now the dough must be cool and tender enough, so it can be worked through a meat mincer and falls into small, but not too small pieces (size of a corn grain or smaller)
3. Cook these grains on the pan till they are brownish
4. while at that a can of condensed milk should be boiled till it resembles something like this

You can buy already pre-made boiled condensed milk (as in the picture). Dunno which one's better. Latter one is safer regardless :D
5. Prepare the cream - use the condensed milk and a pack of butter - it all is mixed with some nuts (if grounded up peanuts might be ok) or marmelad and with some poppy seeds (make sure they arefresh not to ruin it).
6. Add both - the cooked dough and the cream and make a small hill, top with poppy and throw in refrigerator to cool down.
(So you can mae slarge slices through the center).
More topping as chocolate or something can be added, but it already has a heartattack value with all that butter and stuff :)
The consistency should resemble this

save the cookie part.
Sorry, I am by no means a cook, but if anything seems out of place in this description, I'll try to answer :)
