I know it's so late, but this Nevrean is not "She". Check the Submission information's Gender:, In addition long wing and beautiful appearance are feature for male Nevrean.

so is he for the axis or allies? I would be for axis, but be a civilized member of the axis (Germany), an gentleman. The reason I ask why if he is axis or allies is his clothing and gun style: the gun looks like a reved up PPSH, his clothes however are a hard to tell variation of either Axis pilots clothing, or Allies super scout clothing. *song: I'm a gentleman TF2 plays*
