Three and Four from my journal.
I'm practicing different species and playing with my colored pencils.
I had people pick a number from 10 to 501 and I then took an "animal encyclopedia" and found the matching pages. It's been pretty fun, changing someones fursona/character to a different species!
Aethwolf
Original Species: Grey Wolf
New Species: (pg.111) Maned Wolf
Species Origin: South America
Side Note: And ANOTHER species that was close to the original. This one was fun to do, although I just couldn't get that long, sunken faced look of the maned wolf right. But hey! Practice makes perfect and that's why I'm doing these exercises! Those are headphone, btw. My scanner hates colored pencil.
Furet
Original Species: Ferret
New Species: (pg.13) European Eel
Species Origin: Freshwater and coastal habitats of Europe and N. Africa.
Side Note: Oh HO! Not all mammals... which was quite a challange! He's drinking rootbeer, which the little guy apparently LOVES! Again, the first one was close to the original character, the second was WAY off! Are we sensing a pattern?
