Expressions Tutorial
This is the third instalment of my drawing tutorials. Of course, one page is not nearly enough to talk about expressions! In my opinion, the eyes are the key feature in an expression. I draw my eyes with a little round reflection gleam in the corner, to give them a bit of sparkle and liveliness!
I'd love to hear your comments and questions :)

Hi, Syd,
Good question! As a lop, he won't use his ears so much, but you can certainly get negative expressions with his eyebrows and mouth: the frowning eyebrows on the dragon, with the downturned mouth on the dog (just pull the corners of the mouth down more).
Hope this helps :)
