So here's how it goes. This is 
zyklon's character, Zyklon. But originally he was in a Nazi commander garb. Contrary to many beliefs I am NOT a nazi, and felt it would be too out of place for me to draw that outfit. Instead, I thought what would he do in his down time? How about have a little bit of BRANDY! YEAH. So here we go, Zyklon, please don't be too upset I wimped out on his clothing. D:

Huh? I thought Bison was an awesome villian... just that the movie was suppose to be horrible. (I honestly have no problem) And I always think of THE Mr. Adams in either a suit'n'tie... or velvet.
But if you liked him for other roles he stared in... I guess I see your disapointment.
