Though the King Protea has become the flower I most associate with Illianna now, I've also began to appreciate lilies with her as well. They hold so many meanings, including liberation from difficult obstacles, Hope, Promise, Renewal, and (painfully illusive for Illianna) Motherhood. They all seem so appropriate for this particular character.
