Interestingly, this picture was drawn BEFORE Mechamaw became the official VMS IRC bot. And this has been used as her silhouette ever since! Mechamaw is actually "Mawie sized" to Mawie.

Hm. There's a MechaMawie and a MechaFang (who I don't think you've even drawn yet?). I wonder about some of the others now... MechaStampy would be the bane of space highways, I suppose, and MechaSasha would have loose wires sparking everywhere... But MechaVapour just seems like a bad idea!
