Wow! It looks stunning, I must know how did you stop the white marks from appearing around the lines? I've had that issue with mine

Thankies ^^ Umm... lets see... I'll do a step by step ^^

I drew the outline on the top layer, then made a layer below it and colored shade completly white and extended it out a bit to make the white boarder (both of these were done with the pen). I made a layer in between those and colored him with the crayon. Then finally I made a layer below all the rest and used the paint bucket to color it. Then I got a darker shade of blue and went over the background with the crayon.
