How come so much shipping?
Its 80cents within canada, $1.05 to the states and $1.85 international.. :O

I have to purchase bubble mailers in order to ensure the badges don't get damaged, at times include cardboard to again protect the badge. Anything that makes the envelope bigger means higher shipping cost. I'm having to pay oversize costs and not standard costs.

oooooooooh XD I just use simple envelopes :P Since they are already laminated it provides that security :P

Yeah, I've had too many bad experiences with the postal service so I don't trust them. They are kind of like a bull in a china shop... they are bound to damage things. I prefer to over package and ensure badges get there in pristine condition than risk damage. Even with 5 mil lamination I don't want them getting bent, ripped, etc.

Plus, some of these badges turn out too big for standard envelopes so it's a case of needing to be careful.

The post office gave me just a regular envelope but it was bigger than regular, and i just put a cut out piece of cereal box it in so it wouldnt bend easy :3 shipping was under $2 still
