The next installment in the fates of FO:E's Ministry Mares: Twilight Sparkle, of the Ministry of Arcane Science, also known as the Ministry of Magic.

I struggled with this one a while...specifically, the magic tendrils and special effects. If I find a better way, I may have to come back and change this piece. Also, I had to break my rule about using English in a pony-pic.
