Imagine Them and Pony Mind. You like insert a Small pony on a small Patrol Boat.

Memorize its mechanisms add some small weapons as well Like the Torpedo Tube.
And then if you still had some space on that boat, Add more details like Small Machine gun , Some Flag, and Lifeboats like the link i sent you.

Small pony should only fit on Frigate,Boats,Destroyer. (Easy) Pros: Not much Details
Medium Pony Fits Light Cruiser,Heavy cruiser and Submarines. (Normal) Pros: Needs bit more Details
Large Pony fits Battle cruiser and Battleship. (Normal Hard) Remarks: Needs Moderate Details
eXtra Large Pony fits only Aircraft Carrier. (Hard) Remarks: Needs Bunch a Details.

Legends
FF : Frigate
DD : Destroyers
CL : Light Cruisers
CA : Heavy Cruisers
BC : Battle Cruisers
BB : Battleship
CV : Carrier
SS : Submarine
PT : Patrol Boat ( Usually PT are also used on Torpedo Boat)

For FF, DD , CL , CA , BC , BB and CV Engine must be put on their pony Back.

Submarine and Torpedo Boat Doesn't have engines on their back.


Ponies must Vary the sizes and the Real Life Ships Unless you know about the Chibi size. xD
Remember: Radar must be on their head as well.

Don't Draw Ponies first Makes you hard to draw the boat Chassis. Draw the Boat Chassis First. Then Pony. Then Details, Then Decorate, Then Finalize . BOOM!!! Done.
