Although I can make many styles of handpaws, I have a few in particular that I tend to default to.
These are my 'slim canine' paws. They are fitted-glove style with realistic paw pads and 'fingernail' claws.
These two particular pairs are lined with stretchy balaclava material. I love how finished it makes them look and feel when worn but it's not strictly *needed* so I have not yet decided if this will be standard in future costumes or not.

Love the details that goes to each one. Did ya ever make a set that were 4 digit?
The reason i asked is because it seems the majority prefers a 5 digit as its more comfortable, fitted and appears more realistic based on the width of each fingers. A 4 digit might make it appear over stuffed or tooney but is needed to accomodate the last 2 fingers usually the ring and pinky and to keep the other fingers lookin' consistant but may be loose or unfitted.

You can handle large stuff like a chair but fine dexterity is rather compromised (you cannot ball your hand up into a fist for example). I am working on ways to solve that issue without affecting the final look of the paws but it's a long process.
Meanwhile If customers want more finger control they always have the option of requesting fleece pads with their costumes!
