I absolutely LOVE this Blinky Bill character! Shifty Dingo is one of the most adorable little canines ever on tv! :D Hes so sweet and innocent and misunderstood. His family have such a bad reputation and it just rubs off on poor old Shifty, when he's as innocent as any of Blinky's other mates...(though dunno how innocent that actually is!)
I drew the line art for this pic ages ago, but I only just rediscovered it in one of my old sketch books the other day, and decided he needed colouring and nice background! (Which by the way I am quite pleased with, considering it was completely digitally drawn...I SUCK at drawing digitally...)
So yes, here's my respectful nod to sweet, misunderstood little Shifty Dingo! I wish there was more art of him on DA! Anyways, hope you all like it!
