there has been some pretty fancy stuff in this show, one year the top prize went to a life sized, perfectly shaped, rather impressive grizzly bear made of drift wood

Ahhhhh! That's AWESOME. Total congrats to you, and totally deserved. :D I'm so glad you did these guys, and I'm so glad that you were able to enter them. You deserved a fun thing at the fair. Thank you so, so much. They truly are fabulous works of art, and I love that about them, and the attention to detail you put into them was amazing.
