5'3... according to my friends this is 'tiny and cute'.
Can I talk to you?
As long as you're not interfering with anyone's work or attempts to commission me, sure. And by that I mean, if someone is trying to get a chance to ask me something or say something to me, espc. if we've been chattering for a while, please let them have a turn. : )
Can I touch you?
I am part cactus, you will have to check at the time so I can give you the status of my needles. :X

Unlikely.
Will you be going to parties?
I suspect I will be too busy this year for parties but it depends how slow business is.
If I see you, how should I get your attention?
Bow or curtsey, and intone "My liege I humbly request an audience."
Or, y'know, "Hi, are you busy?"
What/where will you be eating?
Anything I remember to bring with me, in my room, because restaurants are time consuming. 8c
