Description: Neon is a playful toddler, she spends most of her time doodling in her coloring books. at frist glance she looks like a 1 year old but will be severally happy if you point that out to her. the bright neon colors that she sports is what gave her her name. and she isnt ashamed. some of the markings on her body glow at night depending on her mood. they also vary in color. Green being happy blue being sad, and red being down right unhappy!
