Holy cow! I worked with a breeding pair of these at work, beautiful little things! What are you feeding this beauty? I know their natural diet is a little difficult for pet keepers, so I'm interested

Right now she's on a mixture of frozen/thawed hopper mice and frozen/thawed rat pups, but she definitely prefers the rat pups... so I think I'll be switching to those exclusively. She isn't the best feeder though, she never strikes at her food, just waits for me to put it down in front of her and will usually eventually swallow it after like 20 minutes XD

Oh that's cool, you just gotta be careful on a rodent diet in the long term because of the fat but she should be fine, many pythons don't strike, I know a few of mine used to drop feed, African soft fur mice or multimammates usually tempt them enough :)

Ah, I've heard about that, not sure where to get them though. I've also thought about introducing live chicks when she gets a little bigger, as there's a pretty good supply of them here

Chicks are good, I'd recommend them. In the wild they would eat lizards and things, but it isn't legal to feed them that in some places and it can be pretty expensive. I'd say just mice, rats and chicks for now, just watch the weight and you should be fine :)
