Anyways, this took a couple days, but well worth the effort. I mean, how many awesome things are in this pic? liquid metal, glowing blue stuff, tigers, complicated pants, shiny things... it's an awesomepie made of sheer awesome.

I'm impressed by your speed and determination. The definition in his elbow region along with the droplets came out nicely.
I would hate to get splashed with any of his liquid metal.... er, at least if I were him, I'd cause each droplet to burrow into my opponent's skin and cause some slow horrible pain/ serious damage on the inside.

As he always does! ^^ I had an idea similar to this for a character a while ago, but instead of shape shifting metal, he controlled buckshot from his signature shotgun gun-blade. That's really what caught my eye in this piece, is the similarity, and that your idea is so much cooler! XD.

My original idea, before settling on the liquid, was to have loads of sharp scraps of metal which he could combine in different ways to form other weapons, so that's kinda similar to your design. =3

Really great picture and character.
I like how you show the meaning of his skills with mindcontroling the metal and the liquid metal just looks awesome.
Somehow it reminds me on Gaara from Naruto, who is able to control a big amount of sand, he can harden it too. So i guess he could use the metal as a kind of armor or shield too, it would be very interessting to fight against him, cuz im sure there some ways to interrupt the metals abilty to mold in every status.
As always i adore your skill in using gloweffects. Especially on the clothes, very much detail, just great ;)
And even you clothes design itself is blowing again.

I always keep changing leg position in my chair, and even sit in the lotus position despite the armrests
Also, in regards to your pic, might I suggest next time using the smudge tool at......I'd say 70% strength for the glow trails. smooths them out really nicely I find, and looks perfect. Also, when putting down your glowing colours, use the RGB swatches and set the brush mode to color dodge. Seems to be better suited for glowy things. Figured I'd pass that along

He looks cool and his color looks also cool, along with his haircolor and -style.
I like the combination of black and blue in this pic together with the glowing effects.
His trousers are also very cool and I like the look of the belt and these armored (?) kneecaps and shoes.
I love his weapon, as I love bladed weapons at all, and the reflection and liquid effect of the metal turned out really good.
Altogether the picture is done really good, the character is cool and I love the theme of the pic, remembers me of some cyberpunk anime or games.
