Regardless, I think this turned out pretty. <3 But I don't have any kind of explanation for it. I mean heck, do you have have an explanation for it?

Well, if you're willing to draw the same character, just draw them doing something with a balloon. I'm not particular about what he does with it. I would prefer that if you're willing.
If you don't want to draw that character anymore though, maybe try drawing your Shining Moon doing something with a balloon?
