So, to recap the timeline of events as perceived the world of the little ponies: Garret the Gryphon engages in study and conducts experiments, searching for the center of all magic. So, he casts a spell that will let him communicate with a being from any world that could set him on the path to find what he's looking for. But, when the spell is cast, he opens an escape route for Gralo as he flees from Nahmat. When Gralo passes through the gate, he sees Garret, and hides himself inside him. Nahmat comes through immediately afterward, and, unable to recognize Garret as anything more than a disguise adopted by Gralo, attacks.
The rest is history as you know it. Garret escapes from Nahmat, Garret seeks help from other Gryphons, Garret is turned away, Garret flees to Equestria, Garret tells his tale, unwillingly omitting the fact that before Nahmat came through, there was Gralo, who was then using Garret as his vessel until Nahmat went away.
Now, a moment of respectful silence for poor Garret. :(

Oooo~kay, first off: amazing comic so far! Found it yesterday and read in in one go. I really love how your version of MlP plays out, the way you described Fluttershys inner turmoil/the way her "stare" works, Nahmats whole personality, Pinky breaking the 4th wall by reading the scripts, Shining Armours reactions when Nahmat mentioned that Cadance must be really flexible, Derpy of course but most of all so far the way Nahmat spoke up against Celestia. Dont get me wrong, i like Canon Celestia pretty much but in your comic, Nahmat does what propably everyone would have done sooner or later, giving her an exact statement why sooner or later each and every villian comes back to bite her in the ass. Also that Namaht points out Celestia isnt the god-like beeing she is worshipped as by all of Equestria. And, with a bit of malice from my side, the moment Celestia snapped and smashed Nahmats skull in affect, giving in to her "mortal" part, effectivly killing a living beeing for the fist time in her live.

Pweww, thats it pretty much until now.^^ Looking forward for this really great comic to continue.
P.S. A parrot? I would have guessed for a crow or raven but not a parrot. Well done good sir.
