Piraterin's Warcraft character Ooghra was the victim of ponyfication XD
Turning characters into things that totally don't fit them is really great fun.
From the very begining I had vision of a bald pony, hehe! you won't see that every day, but i guess that it hits the spot in giving it more wild look. For cuteness pony factor i choosed her to be a unicorn with jewel eyes ;)
I can also hear thet cute pony voice screaming "FOR THE HORDE!"

The next epic mount for the horde side? Or a battle pet? :P
Oh, why not add a little 'Yay!' as well, in that squeaky pony voice.
"For the horde! Yay!"
Ooh! And, give it a cute sounding attack like 'diamond dust' or something. Yay, shiny!
...Which turns out to be a hurricane of tiny and very, very sharp diamonds whirling around in a sphere 30 meters across, stripping the skin and flesh off every living thing inside.
