Here's the situation:
One of Mark's buds, Glenn, is filming him here.
My idea is he was doing this freestyle rap routine for the camera.
Then everyone starts to go off somewhere and his bother Ricky tries to catch his attention.
And Mark stays in character just long enough for a peace-out.
