You actually can't get stuck, even if it seems like it! Apologies for you restarting, though.
You can peek behind the desk by clicking to the side of it. As for the key and fuse (and card!), they actually have 2 places they can pop up. It's random every time! Keep looking.

Haha, yeah that one is pretty insane.
Actually, 'Super Dodger' is pretty special to me, because it was the first action game I programmed on my TI-84 in high school.
Granted it was pretty shitty, but the gameplay was pretty similar to what you see here. xD
