You can peek behind the desk by clicking to the side of it. As for the key and fuse (and card!), they actually have 2 places they can pop up. It's random every time! Keep looking.

Actually, 'Super Dodger' is pretty special to me, because it was the first action game I programmed on my TI-84 in high school.
Granted it was pretty shitty, but the gameplay was pretty similar to what you see here. xD
