Zanno has some of the most character depth I've ever written for any of my characters. Both of his parents were killed by poachers, and he lost his sister to a gang of xenophobic humans. (Yes even my most original character suffers from the generic 'racisism homily of humans hating nonhumans' :B) By the way, since Wes is his adopted brother, this makes him VERY protective. :P

but seriously, a good in-depth background makes everything better. Though I will say when it comes to most furry backgrounds, you always seem to either have human antagonists or a human and furry parents.
