people will steal others artwork regardless of quality or popularity, do a little search on e621.net for most artists and their art is there.
the only reason that her art has watermarks is because FA doesnt have a watermark option for you when you upload like some other art sites.
oh and when you accuse someone of being egotistical just for watermarking their art, maybe think about if it makes you come across as jealous considering the difference in detail and quality between her art and your own.

1) I never claimed people didn't steal all types of art from good to bad, so don't put word in my mouth
2) The only thing watermarks do is make it somewhat harder for someone to say that particular picture is theirs, a character can very easily be copied regardless of any writing over top of it.
3) I'm jealous of their art; why? Because my art isn't on the same level, seems like a really stupid reason to me.
No big artist throws a watermark over their whole drawing, they put their name or FA page or whatever they need to in an empty spot that doesn't take away from the art. Want to know why? Its because if someone wants to steal it they wont care about any watermark.

and i quote "Since you assume your character (which is nice by the way) is go good someone would want to steal it."
that implies that people wont steal art above a certain threshold of quality so im not putting words into your mouth at all. if thats not what you meant then maybe try to words in ways other than ones that make you come across as a jealous fool. calling someone egotistical simply for watermarking their art shows a lack of reason considering your pictures are on e621.net and none of lahstarans watermarked art is there.
i never said watermarking prevented people from stealing art, it simply makes it harder for them to do so, and makes it easier for an artist to prove that the art is their own.
if you were not jealous then why on earth would you insult a better artist for making a choice that concerns their own property? if an artist wants to watermark their art, it is their choice, not yours and all the bitching in the world wont change that. dont like a choice the artist makes? then dont bother commenting. and before you make a post that upsets a friend of mine try to consider the consequences of your actions. several artists have left this site and others because of bad comments and the community is the worse for it.

Its a matter of perspective, what one person calls bad art will be someones good art. Again you call me jealous with nothing to back up that statement, just assumptions you make to try and make me look worse. I never said anyone was egotistical because they watermark art, I said they are because they assume they need to. Okay so someone saw my art and thought it was good enough that they wanted to take credit for it, I really could careless.
It doesn't make it harder at all, it just means that the person who posted it without permission cant say they drew it. I insulted no one, again you're saying I'm jealous without reason and just because someone is better than me at something doesn't mean I can't have and voice my opinion about what they are doing. I'm not trying to change anybodies opinions nor did I say someone can't watermark their art. Lastly I could care less about people leaving a website.
All you've done is misinterpret what I've been saying and making assumptions about me.

Quite: Little paranoid and kind of egotistical don't you think? Since you assume your character (which is nice by the way) is go good someone would want to steal it. Also a little writing over the top of it isn't going to stop anyone from stealing the design. :End Quite. (I think you mean - so good, not go good.)
This comes across as hurtful, rude, mean and unnecessary. It is her art and her character, she has the right to watermark if she wants to, Her work her rights. Yeah it may do nothing, as if someone wants to take it they will there's no doubt of this at all. Biggest Eg - E621, they take anything they want from anyone, including your work I looked your name up, and even your work is there. No one is safe. Once on the internet anyone can take.
So the watermark doesn't help anything really this is true, but if it makes her feel better, than she can do what she wants. Most art taken with watermarks are easier to get back or report. Since the mark is there you only need to show the art group you had it up first and had it watermarked, and that group will remove the stolen one, claims become easier to proof, I have done so myself many times now. So it can be shorted easier, not resolved all the time yes, but still proven easier, it's the easier solution I prefer, as I'm sure other artist do to. No artist wants to take hours on end on there work just to have it taken. More so if it was taken and that person is making money for it. What's the point of drawing pictures than? Just to have someone make your profit you worked so hard for, how is that fair?

So you saying here you insulted no one? Sorry but you did, you truly upset her that she even asked you to remove the comments you made. No offence but it's comments like yours that make people leave art sites and than they give up drawing and in some cases give up all together and you never see there art again. I know of one artist on DA that not only left, she was so unhappy with people picking on every little thing - weather it was, fix this, change that, copied her work, sold her work and many mean comments later, she killed herself. < How in any way is this ok? That someone has to feel so low, unwanted and used that she had to just end it. I'm sorry but she was one of the best artist I ever got the change to talk to once, and she died for people's comments and lack of respect of her art. This is in no way right or justified, so she died for nothing. She made a point at the end to everyone. Why draw and make pictures at all if anyone can take it and give no thought to it. Her watermarks are the only reason why today the US sues any and all that now still her art, cause the saddest part to all artist out there, is their work is ten times more important after they are died. To this day I don't see why it has to be this way, their work really means that little unless they are died, how on earth is that fair? She was a wonderful human being when I talked to her, and now she's gone because of comments similar to your's. Maybe you didn't mean it the way you said it, but that's just it, maybe word it better. Or maybe say nothing at all. It was an unneeded comment. Again her work, her picture and her chose.

Again I didn't break any rules. I didn't harass, target or spam other users of the site nor did I or encouraging others to do so by proxy. I didn't say anything racist, bigoted, offensively targets a philosophy, religion, gender or sexual preference. My comments aren't overly aggressive, threatening, personally insulting or needlessly abusive nor are they disruptive to the normal flow of the community. I also shouldn't need to say that none of this is personal drama.
Yes I made a small error in my first and second comment, I wont go through all the errors you made as it would be pointless.
I never said she couldn't put a watermark on it, I said it isn't going to stop someone from reposting it without permission. Which is something you agreed with.
If someone wants to make money off my art I don't care, it doesn't effect me at all.
An insult is a purposeful thing and can't be done by accident, if someone takes what someone said the wrong way and becomes upset that doesn't make what was said an insult. It not comments like mine that make people leave, its the people who purposefully and continually attack someones character that make people leave and do harmful things to themselves. Of course I think its awful when someone kills themselves for no reason. As sad as that story may be it has nothing to do with what has been said in my previous comments.
Again has nothing to do with what I've been saying but art becomes more valuable after someone dies because it mean there will never be new art from that person again. Its a sort of supply and demand thing, whether that is ethical or not is a topic for a different discussion.
My original comment may have been unnecessary but that doesn't make it wrong or offensive, it was what I was thinking at the time and is related to the art.

Yes you could correct me I don't mind, but keep in mind I may have a reason behind my bad grimmer, and if you were to insult me about those mistakes I made and say you said it in an insulting say - eg You can't spell for crap why even comment < I've had this happen. I'm dyslexic and have a learning disorder, so it's not my fault. Just thought I'd state this now in case I get hated comments for my lack of English.
If someone makes money you your commissioned work doesn't that effect the artist you got them from, also having that work sold means your character is sold with it - Including people that rule play your character, and if your ok with people slutting up your character, than I feel sorry for you, cause you will get unwanted attention if you know what I mean. And yep I've had this attention due to this picture - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9971537/ < and yep it's even on E621. I'm in no way a slut.... I wanted something different just once.... And had many chat me up and try and roleplay with me and what ever else, I feel damn durty....

Yeah but for what, do they get it, do they see people actually did enjoy their work. No they don't. So she died for nothing...

For the third time I didn't break any rules, my comments were in no way overly aggressive, threatening, personally insulting or needlessly abusive.
Irrelevant stuff
It may effect the person who made something for me sure, but I'm not talking about them, I'm talking about me. I personally don't care if someone want to make money off of art I have personally drawn. Don't feel sorry for me as it is pointless to do so. What your character is and what the creator of that character is are two completely different things even if the created character was made to be like the creator. I ignore people who I don't want to talk to so if someone wants to roleplay with me and I don't want to I wont reply, its not difficult to do.
I wasn't only talking about the artist from your story I was speaking about all artists. Like I said I may or may not be ethical to have someones are be more appreciated after they are dead but I don't wish to discuss this here. If you want to have a discussion about it with me you may send me a note and I will gladly talk about it there same goes for the above paragraph.
