“al-Hamdulilla, another six! So now I get to-”
“Abderrahman!!!”
“Mehmet?! Is this about the dice again? You idiotic son of donkey! Even though you claim otherwise, I have only one answer to give for you; THE. DICE. HAS. NOT. BEEN. TEMPERED!”
"No, even with god’s blessings, no one can be as lucky as you were in the last night’s game! You must be lying, you dishonest brethren of shaytan! Give my money back!"
“What would you do if I say NO?”
“Aga Osman is rather strict about this kind of thing, hmmm?”
“Well, if you even spill a single word about this, I shall expose your not-so-secret visits to meyhane(wine house) to him!”
“Wh-what! How did you-”
“Ummm.... guys? Look behind.”

After uniting the Muslims, the shahdom began its advance to north and west. Although the vulpine Holy Empire of Christians managed to thwart the Muslim ambition to unite the known world under single faith during early periods of the conflict, it didn’t last long. Once their ally by faith, the wolven Knyazdom of Albium, was pacified by the fall of Dragograd, frail bodied foxes stood little chance in the battle field; and the fact that they were suffering from internal war of succession did not help them at all. Thus they were vanquished, and the shah now claimed the title of padishah, or emperor. Now, most of the western half of the continent was under Muslim rule, with the exception of the region of Galichia, a small patch of land lying beyond the Great Barrier Mountains, habitable thanks to the warm currents from southern seas, which was inhabited by the refugees from The Holy Empire and the indigenous foxes who practiced their own polytheistic beliefs. It seemed that the empire's goal was near, and Haroun the first ordered his troops to accomplish it. His troops failed, unexpectedly. But Haroun did not order his troops to siege the land again; perhaps he became uninterested with the cold, barely habitable taigas of Galichia, content with rich and plentiful lands he already had. Since then, the empire did not launch any campaigns of significance until the Great Northern War occurred centuries later; and the imperials, once wild and ferocious, became tamed by the intricate delights of city life, now preferring the melodies of tiled fountains than the rush of the mountain streams.

Nice story line, actually with my fictional nation of Granada its a modern, furry version of the Emirate of Granada, and they're mainly foxes and I actually try to work out how they would practice Islam being anthro canines, like one example is the prayer lines are wider since you don't get bushy tail to the face when bowing down xP Its basically the most progressive and democratic in the Muslim world, a small nation on the South Eastern part of the Iberian Peninsula about the size of Israel(more or less 24,000 km2) with a population of over 4 million, so it has a well-trained,well-equipped defense force similar to the IDF, its mountainous terrain provides excellent defensive ground, the country itself is a secular,Parliamentary Republic with what I call a "Nordic Model Lite" type socio-economic system, but yeah I worked out one country, you did a whole world LOL
