Rengar is a pretty big head, as the commissioner is making the body of the costume to be quite large and bulky as well, so I thought I would toss up a quick pic of it on my head for size reference

I know it's in a mirror, but that's still on the right side of the eye. In every image i've seen with rengar, his eyepatch is on the LEFT side.

You've essentially placed it in the wrong spot. All of these images are as though you were looking at rengar, much like your own.

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11443105/ This is the head not in a mirror. Eyepatch is on the LEFT side, as I said. Once you take a picture in a mirror, it will look like it's on the right side, as the image becomes mirrored.
