CitruShark’s Commission Terms of Service 2018:

Hello! Thank you for your interest in commissioning me for an art piece! To proceed, please carefully read and review my policies below. I strive for the utmost professionalism and want to ensure you and I will be under agreement during the process.

What I Will Draw:
- Humanoids, anthros, and animals of any species, including alien, chimeric and/or mythical creatures
- Any sex and gender identity
- Characters of any age (minors/children are restricted from mature or pornographic themes)
- Characters of diverse builds; muscular, overweight, underweight, etc. Due to my style, I prefer proportions to be more realistic.
- Content ranging from G to XXX; all sexes, genders, and orientations are permissible. Read below for the types of adult content I will draw


Permissible Mature & Adult Content:

Note: the character(s) must belong to you, or you must have a person’s consent to have their characters portrayed in such a manner (I’m more stringent on this when it comes to more potentially disturbing material)

- Blood, Gore, Violence, Abuse, Torture
- Non-consensual/Rape
- BDSM
- Paw Worship, Tickling
- Tentacles
- Internal Shots
- Garment Fetishism (i.e. Crossdressing, Leather, Latex)
- Hypnosis/Altered States
- Roleplay, Age-Play
- Hyper (mild)
- Size-Play (mild, in the realm of moderate realism)
- Orgies

What I Won’t Draw:

Themes I am uncomfortable in illustrating are non-negotiable. If I have not listed content you’re interested in commissioning, please inquire about it first.

- Inflation
- Micro, Macro
- Watersports, Urine
- Fecal Matter
- Flatulence, Stink
- Vore, Unbirth
- Pedophilia
- Anything of a Defaming or Discriminating Nature

Pricing:
Base prices are referenced off the approximate time that is invested in the illustration type. Because of that, they may fluctuate. Please feel free to contact me for an estimate.

Prices May Increase If the Character:
- Is required to be in a very particular/dynamic pose
- Has extensively long hair and/or fur
- Has wings or additional appendages
- Has complex design details/markings
- Is required to be portrayed in complex clothing
- Has props

Prices May Decrease If the Character:
- Has minimal fur/hair detail
- Has minimal markings and/or coloration
- ` Is absent of hair
- Has smaller proportions (ie: children, toddlers, babies; Chibi type drawings are excluded)

The Commissioner's Permissions:
A client may repost a picture that was intended for them and fully purchased. Pictures may be used in role-playing sites or references for further commission services from other artists. Please refrain from posting the picture to websites that don't allow content a picture may feature. Modifications of the piece by other artists for profit must be discussed with me first. Edits done by the client are allowed and do not require my permission. Customers have the right to have their identity hidden if they wish to, though I will not do completely private commissions. Please do not claim the artwork as your own work, remove my signature, or attempt to sell the piece itself. Clients may not use the picture for any profitable reason.

My Permissions:
I have the right to post the artwork to the websites I wish to (content permitting). I may decline services if I feel that there is appropriate reason such as rude behavior or an inability to draw a character. I may use the piece for artistic showcasing, portfolios, and advertisement.

Payment:
I only accept payment through PayPal. Full payment must be sent first before I proceed with your commission. (unless the payment is over $100, then you would need to send half) I am from the United States, so the payment must be converted to U.S. dollars (USD) if you use a different currency. Payment will be requested through invoice; payment must be sent within two weeks of commission confirmation, otherwise your order will be cancelled. PayPal’s transaction fee (about 3.5%) will be calculated into the price.

Time of Completion:
Typically, a commission will take me from 2 days to a month, depending on circumstances and the quality of art. I will keep my clients updated on the progress and show them work-in-progresses if they wish to. Please tell me if you have a due date (and please be rational about how many days you provide me with, otherwise I will decline.)

Refunds:
I will provide refunds if the client feels too much time has passed on their commission; I won't refund you if you are dissatisfied with the art piece. I will provide refunds if for whatever reason I cannot complete your work. I can only offer partial refunds if you have received a part of the picture (such as the sketch or line work)

Asking for Edits:
After I send you the completed work, it will be at that time you will need to identify anything you wish to be changed before approval (such as design details I may have missed). Once you approve of the artwork, I delete the SAI/PSD file from my computer, so it would be too late if you later notice something that needs to be edited. Please make sure that you look over the drawing carefully before approving it!

Please decide and confirm the character you wish to be drawn before giving me the all go. Please do not just add in sudden major changes such as choosing a different character to be drawn or making major changes to the character's design while I am working. Make sure you know what you want before you confirm and send the payment; please provide me with an accurate reference.

Contacting:
I am most reachable through FA's noting system. I do not check my e-mail as often, so it would take longer for me to reply. If we need to discuss commission details, please tell me if you would prefer e-mailing over notes. Please do not contact me more than twice a week regarding a commission's progress. Excessive contact creates stress and may delay your work’s completion.

I will ask you to write the following in your commission note or e-mail before sharing information and/or sending the payment: "I have hereby read, fully understood, and agree to CitruShark’s Terms of Service." This is to help me verify that you have read the ToS and are fully aware of the regulations, rules, and violations. I will assume you have not read the Terms of Service if you do not repeat.
