Rosey Posey is an extremely accident prone pony and has burned her mane/tail on multiple occasions which is why they're both short and choppy. Her cutie mark is the two bandages with a bruise underneath.

Her bandages are not something that is set in stone and neither is her eye patch. It just pends on what she has hurt that day. Sometimes she only has one band-aid, other days she might be in a full body cast.

She puts out her eye more often then is reasonable (though thanks to pinkie stashing them all over ponyville there is always a spare within reach) So she is not always wearing one.

also the eyes DON'T show her two different eyes. It just shows the two different ways you can draw her eyes. Either like that of a normal pony or with the weird cross white pupils.

Also new spin on an old style. Its more time consuming but I will pry take commissions in this style rather then my old one X3
