This is so cute and very well done! I love the expression on the face of the octopus; you did a great job of molding the suckers on his tentacle; and the plushie is just too amazing. I love all the different fabric patterns you painted on it and all the little stitches. Is that a real button or a sculpy button, because I can't tell? I'd be tempted to buy a plush octopus if it looked like that.
Oh wow one of your best sculptures yet! I love the squinty eyes and the little suckers on the tentacles and holycrap that patchwork plush octopus is amazing- the detail with the patterns and the stitches looks so awesome. I squeed of happiness when I saw this. Seriously. This is amazing!
it doesn't look too terribly difficult! i think the hardest part would be finding gigantic buttons - then again you could make it only six inches long or less. for some reason i'm just stuck on making the thing like a foot long for the head alone. XD
