The Story Behind It.
It's Rose's first Day in the universe that Konjou is from in the human world, where they were given a lil unexpected welcoming party of digimon that leaked into the human world. They went to fight them off but Rose was unable to hit the digimon at all for some reason, that when it was over and have retreated to Konjou's home in that city, Rose was healed up but was frustrated for not being able to help that Konjou had an idea. He placed his hands on her shoulders and told her to close her eyes and focus, he began to use his power to put a "Digi-Cloak" around her to allow her to keep up and be able to strike digimon.
