Well just upset or angry for this magnitude, working out, or any exertion at all, such as dancing or well...um sexual activities.... o.=.o can produce different levels of brightness, colors, and designs.
Well he is very angry and upset in that picture ^.=.^;;; dun owrry his wings are usually not out and his markings, if they are glowing, usually the pattern is just random, the colors are dimly lit and crandom and it all depends on whats making them come out, a heated dance, sex, pain...don't worry <3 I'm nice and soft ^.=.^
