We got a warm and sunny day this time at the New Hope Cubs daycare. The brand new swingset and slide is ready!
There I am, I'm on the tire with
revathescarf. He seemed like he could use a fun time. And we all are! Mommy's up on top of the roof there...it looks dangerous, but she knows what she's doing. She also has some different helpers, including a dragon-tiger, 
dragoncores...hold on...is that a diaper under those jeans?
Anyway, there's also
affexion who brought 
littlekitfoxfire with her. There he is, he's driving the tank around the sandbox. At least 
brock-omeles doesn't have to worry about someone running it through his latest building. Although Foxfire ought to turn around, because 
kayote is inching the inchworm to run him over! Does she usually do things like that? Anyway 
benihime_shido isn't having any of that, looks like she's sliding to the rescue, ready to lob that ball!
Can't say the same for
magicalhatz...I didn't think the slide was that high! But she's about to be joined by 
tavimunk, who's climing up that wall. Tavi came with 
ozziekitskunk...there he is, he's helping Brock build that castle, bringing in another load of construction material! Wonder if our green lantern Kyu 
emeritusterciel is going to help or just smile at the camera?
The swings are fun. We have an older cub,
baltoracing, who can't wait to try it out! Looks like 
chriskitmyth already is...I wonder if he's going to launch himself on those wings!

Kudos to everyone for being in there. I don't just make these crazy cheap per character to attract attention...it's because I get to go the extra mile on some of these to forge new wireframes and morphs. It helps me build my library and that helps me make a fursona a little more real.
Still trying to make the perfect 3D diaper. It's hard to make it work properly in digital space. Many of the off-the-shelf models conform too well and show a butt crack where there should be padding...so...I have to take the existing model and re-work it.
The basis for most of my furre models comes from
charleyfox and 
littledragon who made the original Starfox Krystal model and provided it to the 3D community at large for free, so they deserve a helluva lot of thanks. I had to re-rig and re-tweak things to work with Daz studio and TriAx modeling, and make my own morphs for child and toddler forms. And, I had to make new morphs for dragons and dolphins. I paint the textures for every client and make sure I get it right.
If I can't do it in the first render, I can do postwork in Photoshop.

Wow...yes, it's actually a full 3D modeling project. There's a lot of details and poses that SL can't do, as well as the render. This is an earlier attempt, but I use Daz Studio 4.5 Pro (now up to 4.8 Pro), a modified Krystal Starfox model, and some wirefame work with Hexagon.
You can tell it's not an SL screenshot from the shadows. SL can't do that kind of shadow rendering in realtime.

I have a feeling I may see a lot of such comments...either SL is getting better or people still see what I see when I see a lot of 3D art...people think it's just "push the button and make art." The thing is...it's not that easy.
