I just drew each single frame out in SAI then animated it in Photoshop
if I lowered the torso the legs would have to bend more, the entire body would slope different and I'd have to redraw or move around every single head and.. I don't want to basically remake it- I draw everything by hand, I'm never going to be an animator who just grabs a bone and shifts it slightly to make it look perfect and straight
