That would be "Otter Ale" (http://www.otterbrewery.com/) it's served around the west country in England, so Devon and Cornwall.
They are a great brewery, they supply the "Beautiful Days" (http://www.beautifuldays.org/) festival where they have plastic cups with the otter on them (made from some sort of biodegradable plastic) that look just like the glass pints like the picture. The festival had an Ale from them called "Beautiful Daze" (http://www.westcountryales.co.uk/Ot.....Beautiful-Daze) that was everything one could hope for in a cold ale with hints of fruit on a hot summers day.
