Dang, I'm in Missouri. I have no way to get there, no job yet and no car. If I was closer I would love to add them to the family, I've been taking care of feral cats for quite a long time. I wish you the best of luck in finding them a good home though!

they seem to be perfectly healthy on the outside, no ear mites or fleas just dirty. But I don't know about internal injuries even though they don't seem to have any

Damp/warm soft hand towel or rag to clean them off a bit. And that's good, sounds like they are healthy. I wonder where their mother is though, usually the mother cats don't leave their babies until they are a bit closer to the adult age. And I will spread it around. :)

Humans make me sick, if someone threw them in the river, the person who did that should get thrown in the river themselves and see how that makes them feel. I may sound like a jerk, but I hate when people abuse animals.

I know...unfortunately where I live its a common practice for someone to pick up a stray cat or an unwanted litter and either throw them in a river or drown them in a water barrel...

It's almost the same out here, except instead of people throwing cats in rivers, I find dead cats on the street. It pisses me off so much. Stupid neighbors don't look/care where they are going when they are driving it seems. And even though the cats I find dead are not mine, I still relocate their bodies, either to a grassy area, or bury them myself if I can. People think I am crazy for doing that, but come on, people shouldn't be hitting animals anyways, it's just wrong.

I live in Canada, Quebec, in Matane to be exact. If ever you can bring them to us. I have 2 cats and I accept rescues once in a while, then put them for adoption once back to health.

I live in Lindsay Ontario. I couldn't bring them to you since I don't have a vehicle. Both mother and I walk everywhere ;~;
