There are ways to help you sleep most people suggest pills of some sort but I don't wish to do that ad become dependent on them you know?

Yeah, I've only had luck with other's prescription muscle relaxers before ((TECHNICALLY illegal whoops DIDN'T KNOW AT THE TIME THO)), only have had em once tho, when I had enough abdominal pain to get rushed to the hospital, but I got the relaxers and passed out for a few hours after a while of lying down waiting for it to hit lol ((this was after a terrible trip to a ghetto BK for lunch so, I was kinda asking for it LMAO)). My Scoliosis+anxiety is what keeps me up most often, tho I also just don't get tired some days. xD
Most weak meds like pain killers don't affect me though--even Vicodin doesn't have any effect, and I've been prescribed it on numerous occasions--which is why I don't use pain killers or sleeping pills unless I'm desperate, though. I still haven't tried sleeping pills, mostly cause they're not over the counter anywhere near me, and I can barely afford my ADHD pills as it is, and those are necessary for me to function past sleeping/eating/crapping as it is, but considering my high tolerance it seems like too much of a price for such a low chance of effecting me. BUT YEAH SORRY FOR THE TANGENT WOOP
