She's an extremely adaptable character, and tries extremely hard to convince those around her that she should be treated as a human because she can speak, and becomes quite offended otherwise.

Unless it suits her, that is. She'll 'forget' how to talk if it's more convenient.

Occasionally wears all kinds of clothing, anything from Victorian dresses to tank tops and boxers, fedoras or feathery boas and everything in between.

As far as this goes, gender is completely disregarded most of the time.
Just don't refer to her as anything less than a lady.
