"Over the years, there has been scientific controversy of what family to classify the Red Panda under. The species shares a very similar skeletal structure with the Ursidae, or bear family. Yet, retains the markings with that of the Procyonidea, or raccoon family. Because of this, the Red Panda has been placed in it's own singular family called Ailuridae."

For my final sketchbook assignment, I decided to take facts about red pandas and illustrate them with satirical imagery. They will be colored eventually.
