Finally got myself to draw his actual outfit! =D Yes, the pant legs are meant to be different lengths. If you were to untuck them, you'd see the torn edges where he's worn them out, and they wouldn't even reach to his ankles. He's had those pants since he was little so they are very damaged. The only reason he has a shirt that fits properly is Archer wouldn't stand for him wearing a thread bare shirt. The dog tag and chain necklace he only wears when he's working.
