That's because of the anime style. Boys and girls look just about identical in anime, which is one of my major complaints about it. RU's too good at it for me to complain about his stuff, though.

Eh. Not my thing, in all honesty. I far prefer comics and movies/shows based on comics. The character development feels much deeper to me. Plus, it's far easier to differentiate between male and female in comics and media based on comics.
