Here we go, number two.
Name: Hal Rajel
Nickname: Ginsu
House: Wind
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Species: Weasel
Bio: Ginsu hails from the sandy region of Hibangal. A modern day Robin Hood, his hobby is, you guessed it, stealing from rich and giving to poor. ...Boring, I know, but hey, a hero team needs it's Chaotic Good characters to balance out the Lawful Good ones. In his entire region, the rich crack down on their security to guard their treasure the best they can to make sure Ginsu doesn't get his hands on their bounty. No one has ever been successful in guarding their treasure. He's slick and quiet, and even knows a heavy hand in wind magic.
...I lied. One day, he did get caught. And even his wind magic wasn't enough to save him. And even the Elemental Force couldn't help him. But he did get help from the many he contributed to. They chipped in to break him out, and surprisingly the break-out was successful. But Ginsu didn't return to his thieving ways. Not after he got the invitation.
The Elemental Force has an odd way of finding members, and even Ginsu met up with Hercules eventually. Herk offered him a chance to be a real hero to leave his life of crime behind. Having helped most of the ones he wanted to help, Ginsu decided to help part time, if he could still help those in need. Ginsu is a member of the Wind house thanks to his wind abilities.
Abilities:
Set A: Kama Sutra: In Kama Sutra, he uses his scythe in most of his attacks. His slashing attacks are standard, but he can also send diagonal whirlwinds outward in front. He can spin super fast and slice anything in range, but is prone to projectiles when doing this. Finally he can send his scythes in whirlwinds that spin randomly around the ground and attack anything they come in contact with.
Set B: Immortal Itachi: Ginsu shows off his wind abilities in this form. He sends whirlwinds straight outward. He can rise about normal enemies height and attack enemies with the whirlwind he rides on. His third attack changes depending what he's doing. When standing, he summons small whirlwinds around him to fight close ranged enemies. When riding his tall whirlwind, he releases a bigger wave that lasts less time and leaves him open, but has much better radius. He can NOT use other moves in that form. Finally, he can throw his scythes which whirl around and home in on enemies as Ginsu uses his other attacks.
...I kind of winded the description, but I was distracted watching Silverwing. Yep, the bat lover finally got around to watching something bat related.
