Hehe, yer, Feral does keep trying to come up with convincing falsehoods, but somehow he never quite manages to carry them off for long :>

It's those ears of his, with the things waving around like little orange flags, hard to hide your emotions, and when a basically honest person tries to tell a lie, I imagine the things are going all over the place or flattened down.

I honestly can't tell if he dropped the password 'accidentally' or he really is that absentminded. Given his reaction when the communication shorted out at the end, I'm guessing it's the latter, but if so... oiy is that bad impulse control, especially given he'd just told Feral a bit ago that he couldn't say where he was because someone might be listening in.

Now I'm really curious as to what exactly Feral is planning. The Dragon Staff pieces he's got right now aren't doing him any good, so having more of them probably wouldn't help him, though it would exponentially increase the danger aimed his way, so I'm wondering if he's thinking about seeing what his little 'bracelet' can do about the pieces?

I suspect Fellirion is having a war between his head and his heart. The one says that he needs to not disrupt anything and keep Feral out of danger, the other says that he should be supporting Feral with whatever he can do that might help bring an end to the war that's broken out. As a result he's not quite as on guard as he needs to be :)

As for Feral... I don't think he knows. He's just seen a problem and an opportunity and kind of let his morals run away with him ^^;

Ah the age old plan of 'winging it', hope it doesn't backfire on him too badly.
